Who Performs the Anaesthesia at OBAS Centres?

EVERY anaesthetic at an OBAS centre will ALWAYS be administered by a fully qualified specialist anaesthetist.

The specialist anaesthetist looking after you will have the same nursing assistance, monitoring, medications, equipment and access to emergency resources which they would have in a hospital setting.  This ensures your anaesthetic is conducted in the safest way possible.  To learn more about the training and experience of anaesthetists, please click on the Education tab
